Honey Jalapeño Cornbread


Cornbread (Made Easy)


2 Boxes *Vegetarian* Corn Bread Mix

2 Large Eggs

3 tablespoons Melted Butter

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

2/3 cup Milk

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/2 Jalapeno, Sliced

1/2 can Corn

2 tablespoons Honey + some for the topping


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9″ x 13″ pan

In a bowl, whisk eggs with the oil and then slowly add in the melted butter, followed by the sour cream and milk.

Add the cornbread mix and honey and mix again until there’s no dry ingredients left.

Fold in the jalapenos and corn and pour into the pan.

Bake for 30 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Drizzle honey on top, spread and allow it to cool off then enjoy!
