Berry Cinnamon Rolls

Berry Cinnamon Roll

Looking for a sweet baked treat without the hassle of measuring out flour, sugar, baking powder and more? This is the perfect trick. These biscuit cinnamon rolls are the solution to all your late night sweets cravings. The bonus is that they have fruit so they’re “healthy” 😉

Ingredients

Rolls

1 8-pack Can of Biscuits

3 tbsp Butter, Softened

3/4 cups Brown Sugar

2  tsp Ground Cinnamon

2 cups Frozen Berries

Glaze

3/4 cup Confectioners Sugar

2 tbsp Milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Open the biscuits and separate them next to each other on a board or clean surface. Let them get to room temperature for about 10 minutes.

Lay the biscuits side by side and press them together by pinching with your fingers (4 biscuits x 2 biscuits) Get a rolling pin then and roll them flat into the shape of a rectangle to create a nice rectangular shaped piece of dough.

Brush the melted butter over the top

Sprinkle the brown sugar over it followed by the cinnamon

Scatter the frozen berries over that

Choose one of the long ends and start rolling up the dough into a log.

Take a sharp knife, slice the dough into approximately 1-inch thick pieces and place in the desired baking dish

Bake for 23-25 minutes

Glaze

Mix the confectioners sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over rolls while they are still hot.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
